Thank you for shopping with Sweet Smiling Soul. Please read below for our return and refund guidelines.
🧵 Physical Products (Handmade Items)
We do not accept returns or exchanges on physical products, as each item is handmade and one-of-a-kind, and sold as described.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@sweetsmilingsoul.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.
💻 Digital Products
All digital products (including sewing patterns and ebooks) are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.
Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. If you have any questions before buying, feel free to get in touch — we’re happy to help.
📦 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and let you know how we can resolve it.

💳 Refunds
If a return or refund is approved (e.g. for damaged goods), we’ll notify you once we’ve received and assessed the issue. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
