How to Download & Open on an iPhone / iPad

Thank you for your purchase! iOS devices can sometimes make it tricky to find downloaded files. Please follow these steps exactly.

1. Open your Email App: Look for two emails. One is your receipt, the other is titled 'Your Downloads are Ready'.
   🔍 Can't find the email? Please check your Junk or Spam folder, as it sometimes ends up there.
2. Click the Link: Inside the 'Your Downloads are Ready' email, click the link to go to the download page.
3. Tap 'Download': On the webpage, tap the button that says Download Now.
4. Locate the File (Crucial Step):

   The file will save to your device, but it will not open automatically. You must find it manually.

   Look for the Download icon

   Look at the top or bottom of your Browser for a Download icon with an arrow.

   

   Tap that icon, then tap Downloads in the list to find your file.

   

   ⚠️ Don't see the arrow?

   If the arrow disappeared, you can find your file in the 'Files' App on your iPhone instead.

   💡 Pro Tip: Can't find the Files app? Swipe down from the middle of your iPhone home screen to open Search, and type "Files". Then open the "Downloads" folder.

5. Unzip the File: Tap the Zip file once. It will automatically extract into a blue folder.
   
6. Open your Files: Tap the new blue folder to see your PDF instructions and patterns.
