How to Download & Open on Android

Thank you for your purchase! Android devices handle files differently than computers. Please follow these steps exactly to access your patterns.

1. Open your Email App: Look for two emails. One is your receipt, the other is titled 'Your Downloads are Ready'.
   🔍 Can't find the email? Please check your Junk or Spam folder, as it sometimes ends up there.
2. Click the Link: Inside the 'Your Downloads are Ready' email, click the link to go to the download page.
3. Tap 'Download': On the webpage, tap the button that says Download Now.
4. Locate the File (Crucial Step):

   Watch the top of your screen closely. As soon as the file finishes, a confirmation popup will appear saying File Downloaded.

   Tap Open immediately on that popup.

   

   💡 Pro Tip: Missed the popup?

   If the "Open" button disappeared too fast, follow these steps to find it:

   1. Tap the Three Dots (⋮) in the top right corner of Chrome.
   2. Select Downloads from the menu list.

   

   ⚠️ Still can't find it?

   Open your App Drawer and look for the yellow or blue folder app called 'My Files' or 'Files by Google'.

5. Unzip the File: Tap the Zip file name.
   • On most Androids, a popup will ask if you want to extract. Tap Extract.
   • Once finished, it will create a new folder with the same name.
   
   
6. Open your Files: Tap the new folder to see your PDF instructions and patterns. You can now tap any PDF to open it in your PDF viewer.
