🧵 Behind the Seams: Part 2 of My Bob Dylan Jacket
I’ve just uploaded part two of my Bob Dylan jacket on YouTube – and I wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes reflection with you here too.

This jacket has been such a slow and soulful project. It’s the kind of sewing that invites you to take your time, listen to an audiobook/podcast as you stitch, and follow your intuition rather than a strict plan. There’s something I really love about that – letting a project evolve naturally.
In this second part of the series (which is probably going to be a 3, maybe 4-part series 😅), I’m continuing to add colourful patches and embroidery features, while watching it slowly come to life.
Here’s a peek at the process…
It’s not finished yet, but I’m okay with that. Sometimes it’s nice to just be in the middle of something – not rushing it, not forcing it to be done. Just showing up and seeing what unfolds.
If you’d like to see the full behind-the-scenes video, it’s now up on my channel:

And if you missed the first part, you can catch that here.
I’d love to know your thoughts on the jacket so far. Be sure to comment and subscribe on Youtube if you love watching crafty things on the internet.
Take care,
Lauren 💗
