I’m Lauren – Creative Mentor, maker, and sewing enthusiast. I help women reconnect with their creativity, believe in themselves, and do more of what they love.
Over the years, I’ve explored many paths – banking, early childhood education, Uber driving, entrepreneurship – and through it all, I’ve learned that creativity is at the heart of everything I do. Now, I guide others to embrace their own creative journeys, whether through mentoring, handmade projects, or mindful self-expression.
I share behind-the-scenes of my sewing projects on YouTube, where I document my handmade wardrobe and creative process. I also run an Etsy shop, where I sell handmade textile pieces, including clothing and accessories.
For those wanting deeper guidance, I offer one-on-one mentoring, online courses, and ebooks designed to help you cultivate creativity, self-trust, and personal growth.
When I’m not creating, you’ll find me studying the connection between creativity and well-being, planning my next travel adventure with my Austrian husband, Lorenz, or eating pancakes.

I was inspired to work with Lauren when I was feeling stuck and needed a boost to push me creatively. My biggest takeaway was how important it is to create boundaries in your life to make time for doing what you love. I always left the call feeling really happy and like a weight had lifted.

I was feeling a little stuck on my personal journey and I was also working in a job that didn't feel fulfilling or in line with my values. While working with Lauren, I was reminded to listen to my inner voice and pay attention to my thoughts. Being mindful and taking things one step at a time is something that really made a change for me. Also, I realised that it was time to quit that job!

I was stuck in a rut of knowing that I needed to change aspects of my life, but not knowing what to change or where to begin. I loved how each session was very personal and relevant to my needs. I'd feel reassured and stronger knowing that I had full support and encouragement with every choice I made. Personally, I had been looking at 1:1 mentoring for a few months but wondering if I really needed it. Now, I just wish that I had started working with Lauren as soon as I first thought about it!

Before my first mentoring session with Lauren, I was struggling with self-confidence. During our sessions, I was able to find clarity and I became more grateful for the things I have in the present and discovered that taking action is important and the only way we can learn. I felt that I had a safe space, free of judgement. After each mentoring session I felt peace, clear-headed and inspired.
